Please be advised that because of technical issues with the online registration system, the registration period for the NCA January exams has been extended to December 20.

Please be advised that effective November 20, 2023 the fee for registration for each NCA exam (starting with exams being held in January 2024) will be $475 CDN plus applicable taxes. The NCA operates on a cost recovery basis. It therefore adjusts its fees from time to time when required.

Please be advised that the registration period for some November 2023 NCA exams has been extended until October 5th, 2023. This extension applies to Criminal Law, Property Law, Canadian Administrative Law, and Torts exams. The registration deadline remains September 28th, 2023 for the Professional Responsibility and Family Law exams.

Please be advised the November 10, 2023 schedule for NCA Exams has been revised, with the elimination of one of the two scheduled start times to write the Properties exam. The revised 2023 NCA exam schedule is available here.

Registration for the July NCA exam period opens on May 15th. Please note this includes an added opportunity to write the Evidence exam, as an extra exam session has been added on July 24, 2023. You must register through the NCA Candidate Portal. NCA online exam rules are posted here.
