NCA Fee Change

Please be advised that effective November 20, 2023 the fee for registration for each NCA exam (starting with exams being held in January 2024) will be $475 CDN plus applicable taxes. The NCA operates on a cost recovery basis. It therefore adjusts its fees from time to time when required.

Exam Registration Period Extended

Please be advised that the registration period for some November 2023 NCA exams has been extended until October 5th, 2023. This extension applies to Criminal Law, Property Law, Canadian Administrative Law, and Torts exams. The registration deadline remains September 28th, 2023 for the Professional Responsibility and Family Law exams.
